These are the ingredients.
1 lb ground beef (used 2)
1/2 lb ground heart (I couldn't find any)
1/2 lb ground liver (I couldn't find any)
1 green bell pepper
1 clove garlic (I used 8)
I small onion (I used a big one)
1 small jar of sliced black olives (I don't like them)
1 package pepperoni, sliced and diced
1 qt marinara sauce
1 qt water
sea salt, basil, red pepper flakes (I used cayenne) and mozzarella cheese.
Brown beef and pepperoni. Drain fat.
Add green stuff and spices. I also added a teaspoon of chili powder.
Stir in olives, water, marinara sauce, salt, and basil. I also added a pound of red beans. After having to spend almost 20 bucks on ingredients, I was determined to stretch this meal out a bit. Let it cook for about 5 to 10 minutes. Put into bowls and top with mozzarella cheese.
Very yummy :) It doesn't much taste like pizza nor chili, but it's very good.
